Mapping Mapping Mapping

This week was all about mapping out every detail of out product and users so we will have it all in front of out eyes and laid out. We have used two sheets for this task: The first is an empathy map - maps out what the user thinks and feel, hear, say or do and see. This map helps us understand the user's pain of not understanding what it is doing wrong and the gain of managing to take care of it and keeping it alive in a house full of green, hopefully with our device.


The second map was a 4 step flow for our HCI interaction - FUTE, watering the plant, rection to lights dim in the house, reaction to music in the house. This map help us to see all of our main interactions and how the will work (for example water sensor, led lights and more)
